We've Got a Toolkit to Help You
Written by Francisca Goldsmith on Thursday, March 7, 2019
Our 2019 Toolkit already contains such ready-made elements as weekly and monthly flyers showing title information, a print-ready bookmark, and website-ready banners. There is also a blurb for newsletters.
In addition to these tools, you can also find a communications sheet to help you address the who, what, where, why, when, and how of participating in SYNC. Because SYNC operates using the World Wide Web, and because publisher rights vary from nation to nation, we also provide a carefully sorted list of which titles will be available in which countries throughout the 2019 program. This summer’s SYNC program includes 28 titles available for anyone to download in the US, on US military bases, or US territories. Of those 28 titles, 17 are available no matter where participants live or try to download! The specific restrictions on the remaining 11 titles is complex enough that you’ll want to refer directly to the Listeners Outside the US page on our site. We’re also Tweeting (@audiobooksync)and posting on Facebook (@SYNCAudiobooks) visual aids to show which titles are available or restricted by country.
We’ll be cohosting, with OverDrive, a webinar to address any technology questions you have. The webinar will run twice, to account for a range of time zones, on 23 April. You can register now or anytime before the date. Of course, we’ll provide webinar access details closer to that date.
Remember that you can ask questions any time and we’ll answer pretty darn quick. Our email address is synchelp@audiofilemagazine.com or you can DM us on Twitter.
